WHO WE ARE
Two communities, one developer
We are developing two gated residential projects at the same time: Address Erbil Residential Project, with 421 neo-classical villas near old Bahirka Road, and Mirage City, with 271 modern villas in northeast Erbil close to 150m Street.
Both projects keep 30% of the land as parks and green space, and both are expected to be handed over in July 2028.
